Jodis Text Development
above: various stages of the handwritten text for the jodis album.
now that there's been a small break between isis tours i've been able to finish up all the pieces for the new version of the jodis album layout. wanted to get it all done sooner, but being on the road isn't always conducive to productivity. the rest of the layout pieces have been done for some time now, this was the last element to complete and obviously an important one.
isis US tour complete. the last string of shows on the west coast was a tremendous way to cap off the trip. thanks to helms alee as well as the other people in mamiffer with whom i was lucky enough to play on the 6 shows heading southwards down the coast. thanks to all the supportive folks who came out to listen to all the bands perform and the ever gracious staff of the great american music hall in SF - always a true pleasure to play there...

I was lucky enough to catch the Vancouver show and I'd just like to apologize for the out of control drunks that tried to crowd surf and go on the stage. I got a foot to the head and decided to watch the rest of the show from the side. There are fans out there that appreciate and understand what Isis is about.
Looks pretty sweet.
Stoked to see/hear the finished product!
Amazing text . . .I just did an album design myself and wished now that I could have written the text like this in hindsight.
Thank YOU ISIS! I was fortunate enough to experience the last show in LA..Bought my ticket with the winnings from a lucky hand of poker. Truly, a life changing experience this show was..Very inspirational when u can take part in something so beautiful, when in the current status of the world it's not so easy to keep your head held high..I came out of that show ready to do anything! Thank you Aaron and the rest of isis..I'm liking the Jodis art..btw =D
The Salt Lake show was wonderful, and the new material sounds really great in a live setting. Thanks for always making sure to come through here. We often aren't so lucky with other bands.
